- Professional Dry Clean Only: To preserve fabric integrity, do not hand wash or machine wash. Professional dry cleaning is strictly recommended.

- Color Separation: Always wash dark, red, and white garments separately to prevent color bleeding or transfer.

STEAMING & PRESSING

- Gentle Steaming: Use a steamer at medium heat for silk, pleated, or delicate fabrics.

- Detail Protection: Avoid direct high heat on structured elements, intricate embellishments, or draped silhouettes to prevent deformation.

DRYING & STORAGE

- Shape Preservation: Always hang garments vertically after use or cleaning to maintain their original form. Use padded hangers to protect the shoulder structure.

- Storage Environment: Store in a cool, dry place, shielded from direct sunlight to prevent color fading.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Hardware & Accessories: Avoid contact with sharp objects (watches, jewelry, or nails) to prevent snagging or damaging the delicate fabric surface.

RETURN & EXCHANGE:

- Condition: Items must be unworn, in pristine condition, and returned in their original LALLEE packaging (including all tags and accessories).

- Timeline: Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt

- Required Proof: An unboxing video and the original order receipt are strictly mandatory to process your request.

- Exchange Value: The eligible value is based on the product price only. Initial shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable and excluded from the exchange credit.

- Refund Policy: We do not offer cash refunds. Any price difference will be issued as Store Credit for your future purchases.

CANCELLATION:

- Orders Not Yet Shipped: Please contact our Customer Service team immediately if you wish to cancel an order that has not been dispatched. We will assist you with the cancellation and issue a full refund.
