NO REFUND/EXCHANGE – applies to both full-price and discounted items.

We do not support customers inspecting the goods together with the delivery staff. However, after receiving the goods and discovering any product defects due to our manufacturing error, customers can proceed with exchanging the product.

In the event of a product defect from L’ALLÉE, please contact us via email at or by phone at (+84) 973130838 for assistance with exchanges. Information regarding faulty items must be reported to L’ALLÉE within 3 days from the date of product receipt (based on the shipping and delivery confirmation).

The product is still intact with stamps, labels, not dirty, torn, scratched the fabric surface.

The renewed product costs the same or more than the purchased product (Kindly make additional payment if there is a price difference).
