1. Transport fee

The delivery fee may vary depending on the territory or country. Once we have received your order details, L’ALLÉE will contact you to provide you with the precise delivery fee.

2. Shipping time
  • Delivery time (estimated): 7-15 days from the date you place the order and successfully pay.
  • After successful order and payment, the bill of lading code of the order will be sent to you via SMS/email.
  • Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays, Tet.
3. Check order status

To check your order information or status, please look up the BILLION CODE sent in the confirmation email or confirmation message in 1 of 2 ways:

4. Can I see the product first when I receive an order?

Le Jardin does not support pre-receipt inspection. Please note that you only receive the goods when the packaging / packaging is intact, not torn or showing signs of damage.
