  1. How much is the shipping fee?
    L’ALLÉE will inform you of the specific shipping fee after receiving the product information, quantity, and delivery address. The shipping fee will vary depending on the country and region, as well as the shipping policies of the delivery service provider.
  2. How long does shipping usually take?
    You will receive your order within approximately 7 – 20 days after L’ALLÉE’s sales department confirms the order and successful payment.
  3. Can I inspect the product upon delivery?
    L’ALLÉE does not support product inspection upon delivery. Please only accept the package if the packaging is intact and has not been torn or damaged. If you find any defects or damage caused by the manufacturer (L’ALLÉE) after receiving the product, please contact our customer service department for exchange or return assistance according to our policy.   4. Can I exchange or return the product after purchase?
    L’ALLÉE does not offer exchange or return policies for products purchased at full price or at a discount. In the event of a defect from L’ALLÉE, please contact us via email at sales@lalleedesign.com or phone at (+84) 973 130 838 for exchange assistance. Information about defective products must be reported to L’ALLÉE within 3 days of receiving the product (based on delivery information from the courier service). The product must retain all tags, be clean, and not be torn or scratched. The product can be exchanged for other products of equal or higher value (please pay the price difference, if any, and the two-way shipping fee).
